“Indian

I was born in Christian County, Kentucky. Music has always been in my life. Both of my parents were musically gifted as well as my brothers, Mike and Steve. I picked up a $17.00 guitar and a 25 cent Mel Bay book when I was about 16. I would sit and listen to the radio and try to learn everything I could. I would go out and watch local bands, and then go home and try to remember everything I saw and heard.

I have been in quite a few local groups but never stayed in them too long. I’ve always been impatient and felt they did not put into the music what they could have. I have always been just as happy to sit in my living room and play, as I do playing out. The more you play the more you learn. I feel music is a wonderful gift, and it’s own reward.
