I’m from Elkhart, IN and I’m 27 years old. I started playing drums when I was in the 4th grade. Been doing it ever sense. My father was a big musical influence on me. He is a Jazz Man....Trumpet player.

While in College I studied at Music Tech University in Minneapolis. I was in several different bands and studied all styles of music ranging from Rock, Jazz, Blues, Funk, R&B and Latin. I played at the Chicago Blues Festival in 1999 with the Rene Austin Band on the Best Buy Stage, and have recorded professionally from Minnesota to New York.

In April of 2004 I was invited to audition for a Blues band in Union, MI. I was currently performing with  “South Bend Junction”, the Elkhart Jazz Festivals featured group, but I was looking for something new and exciting. I had auditioned for a couple of other groups but had no interest. The audition for the “FBI” went great, and today I am proud to be part of the band!

In my spare time in the evenings I teach music at “TG School of Music” in Goshen.

I am currently single, but planning to “tie the knot” in the near future.
